The Memory Foam Mattress

Author: I’m sure that as you are shopping for a few nice mattress pads, you may come upon this mattress which was termed as “Memory Foam”. So what is this “memory form mattress”? Willl it help improve your mind?
Obviously not! Let me tell you a little more on it.
Memory form is a type of foam that was invented by NASA’s Ames Research Center. The aim of this foam is to shield the aircraft by adding a few support. Charles A. Yost, one of the contributor to the invention of the foam also called it “temper foam”.
Slowly, this type of foam has received a few commercial interests. It was originally been used in medical insitutions where they will support patients to recover. Before long, this type of foam has opened to us. You will see the use of memory foams in beds, pillows and also for laptop bags.
Why is this foam so special? You see, this foam is more dense than other foams. That is why they can suck up sudden shock. Have you watch an advertisment where a person dropped an egg on a pad and it doesn’t break? That’s the memory foam.
Now let us talk about Memory Foam Mattress.
I had personally tested such mattresses in the stores. According to the saleperson, there are 2 groups of people when it comes to these mattresses: One group that loves it and one group that hates it.
I’m the one who love such mattresses but my wife hates it. When I tried it, it feels very comfortable as the mattress will fit my body shape instantly. However, with this mattress you will see that it is hard to turn yourself while sleeping. This is one thing that my wife doesn’t like.
Now here’s something to note: Never use memory foams for infants. The rationale is that babies will find it hard to turn their bodies because of it’s custom-fit properties. Leaving your babies on such mattress will multiply the risks of death.
In conclusion, I encourage you to try out the memory foam mattress pad and see if you like it. It’s a interesting experience when you find yourself dipping into the mattress. Or, you can look at electric mattress pad
